• Usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type, browser, and how you arrived at our site.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, which we use to show you a relevant message on our homepage (for example, naming your city) and to record where an enquiry came from. This is an approximation based on your network, not precise GPS location.
• Referring page, meaning which page or website you were on before you reached our contact form. We use this to understand which of our pages generate enquiries.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers or health information.

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Submissions are stored on their systems for a limited retention period.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics.
• ipapi.co — converts your IP address into an approximate city and region.
• Hostinger — website hosting, which involves standard server logs.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and understand how the site is used. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this website.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement plus the period required for business and tax records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not legally required to keep it, we will.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
